| Chidendo ad uno shopping service di chiedere ad una venditrice di mbok le misure e mostrarle la foto di catalogo per vedere se era lo stesso prodotto mi ha risposto così: CITAZIONE Well, maybe you're aware but in Asian countries (including Japan) sellers/stores do not want to deal with customers that have annoying requests. They will usually refuse service. So if a buyer asks too many questions or has too many special requests, it's considered rude and the seller/store might refuse service.
I'm afraid it'd also be difficult to ask if this coat is the one in that photo. Mainly because in Japanese way of thinking, the seller will feel she cannot make a completely 100% clear judgement not knowing the origin of the photo.
Also, she may not even be able to access the photo because Mbok is a mobile phone auction site. Recently it can also be used by PC, but the majority of buyers and sellers (including me) only use our cellphones to buy and sell on it. I assume the seller is the same because the photos are bad quality like taking them by a cellphone. Non sapevo fossero così rompini (vabè già il fatto che spesso non vogliano vendere all'estero ne è già sintomo) e non sapevo che mbok fosse usato tramite cellulare :O
